Solution : I will force my mind to stop and instead appreciate the same person.

Solution: Visualising good things happening to the person and being happy with that.

5) Not giving anything to others.
6) Giving things but not really wanting to give to others.
7)Listening to my emotions to much
8) Inability to survive high pressure
9)Not being able to give up my emotions.
